In one of my previous posts I encouraged you to read your food labels to make sure you don’t confuse gluten free and dairy free with weight loss.
So I found another example:
Now don’t get me wrong. I’m still converting to gluten free and dairy free but after tasting these cookies I was upset that they had 10g of fat for only 2!
And they are small!
But then again, that’s why they taste sooo good!
