With over 15 years of experience in the social work field conducting research, providing therapy, teaching graduate students, and serving as a motivational speaker for college students,

founder Fanteema Barnes-Watson has turned her passion for helping people into her own business by becoming an Empowerment Coach for women needing a fresh start.

The S.W.E.E.T. Network started based on her own desire: to find friendship after moving to a new State.

Now it’s grown into much more.

It’s become a movement of empowering women to find their voice and speak their truth by providing tools specifically for women to help them reach their personal and professional goals. Visit her Services page to learn more.

Through her personal and professional journey, Fanteema has learned that you can’t reach your goals unless you’re willing to share what’s wrong.

Her motto is “You can’t get there unless you GO THERE!

Visit her blog where she’ll entertain you by putting her spin on topics important to women and families while sharing her trials and tribulations with tips on how to overcome life’s challenges.

  1. You are spreading a great message for woman. I do this as well but for my daughters. I have 6 kids but 3 of them are girls and I have done certain activities for them to create, host, and empower their voice over the summer to promote postivity in a community such as mine that is full of crime. Keep up the good work.

    • My blog is more about my life and my coaching business but I became a part of the Empower Network. Take a look at the Business Tools page for more info. If you have more questions afterwards I’ll be happy to help.
